补充资料：Flat Glass Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) repurchased 1,196,000 H shares on 8 June 2026 for holding as treasury shares. Since Mr. Ruan Hongliang, Ms. Jiang Jinhua, Ms. Ruan Zeyun and Mr. Zhao Xiaofei, as parties to a concert party agreement dated 19 September 2016 entered into among them, together control more than one-third voting power at the Company's general meetings, they are taken to have an interest in such treasury shares of the Company under the SFO.
